Where is Cookie World located? Great question:) In loving my home, in my lovely kitchen, in Mesquite, TX, near I-635/Town East Blvd). Once orders are paid and confirmed, I will email invoice with location details, if applicable.

How can I get my cookies? Great question:) Advance notice and arrangements required for all orders.

  • Flexible pickup days and times, including after hours, from my lovely home kitchen in Mesquite, TX (Once order is confirmed and paid, I will email location)

  • Limited hand delivery depending on days and times within 10-mile radius to Mesquite, TX city limits for an additional delivery charge. Varies.

  • Courier delivery coming soon.....based on weight, destination, date and time.

How long will the cookies stay fresh? Great question:) At room temperature, sugar cookies will last up to 2 weeks. They are sealed individually for freshness. You may definitely extend the cookie life by freezing them. Gourmet cookies may last up to 5 days depending on type.

Are the cookies individually wrapped? Great question:) Yes! Clear heat-sealed bags are used for more sanitary purposes, social distance concerns and to remain fresh longer. Contact me about cookie box packaging if you do not want individual wrapping. Additional charge may apply.

Is refrigeration required for the cookies? Great question:) No. Storing wrapped cookies at normal room temperature for up to 2 weeks is ideal. The moisture from the fridge could cause cookies to bleed from the edible ink. Gourmet cookies may be frozen for up to 3 months depending on type.

What type of icing is used for the cookies? Great question:) Royal icing, made from scratch. It provides a vanilla taste and hard shell that's great for printing and packaging. Gourmet cookies are not iced, unless requested.

How can I pay for my cookies? Great question:) All orders must be paid in advance to secure your order. PayPal is the most preferred method of payment. Self-PayPal checkout is now available on the Pricing tab via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account in the meantime, you may still check out as a guest on PayPal without signing up. Please contact me to align on other payment method types if applicable. We also have in person card swipe through Zettle by PayPal with the ability to use debit or credit card, prior arrangement with Jennifer is required. Cash and Cash App are also accepted with pre-arrangement.

Do the cookies contain any allergens? Great question My sugar cookie recipe has eggs and the unsalted butter that I use for my sugar cookie recipe contains milk. We have added gourmet cookies to our menu that contains tree nuts and peanuts. Those cookies will also be labeled accordingly.

Are there discounts available? Great question:) Yes, currently for large bulk dozen order cookies with same details and dimensions. See the Pricing tab for more information.

Are there refunds? Unfortunately, there are no refunds or exchanges due to cookies being perishable items. If you are unsatisfied with your cookies, please email jennifer@cookieworldllc.com within 24 hours of receiving your cookies with photos and a brief description. We will make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your cookies.

Do you plan to expand your menu outside of cookies? Great question:) Yes! We have added gourmet cookies, cake pops, Bundt cakes and cupcakes. For fancy fondant or wedding cakes, I have a special referral, please contact me (jennifer@cookieworldllc.com).

Do you plan to sell at any public events? Great question:) Yes! These are win win win opportunities for me. My cookie business will be able to get some extra exposure, I will be able to earn some extra side cash (fingers crossed) and my family will be able to enjoy fun festivities at local community events.
